Ryan seeks to help people by first understanding them and winning their trust. He is dedicated to getting people to the point where they can see opportunities for a better life. After convocating with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vancouver Island University, Ryan acquired a Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (CELTA) Certificate with the British Council and attained a post-graduate degree in Global Leadership at Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC. For 15+ years, Ryan has taught English as a Second Language, the International English Testing System (IELTS), and university preparation courses (ENGL 099) in regions of the world such as the Balkans, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and North America.
